Managexam is used in different time zones simultaneously, hence the reference to GMT as a standard measurement.
Invitations to your assessment session will therefore be in GMT.
Speak to your institution about the conditions for taking your exam. Depending on the option chosen, you may have to show your surroundings, and the microphone must be activated.
Your login is the email address to which your invitation was sent.
Fill in this address and click on the “Next” button. You will receive a temporary code by email and you will be asked to choose your password (8 characters including 1 special character).
Check that your privacy settings and antivirus software allow access to your camera and microphone and log back in. If you are taking the exam on a browser, check that it allows Managexam to access the webcam. If not, try with another browser (preferably Chrome). If the problem persists, please contact support.
You are only authorised to communicate with the technical team via the “need help” button at the bottom left of the screen, or with your exam supervisor if the exam is being monitored live.
Managexam works in collaboration with your institution so that you can take your exams remotely. Your institution remains your point of contact for any questions related to your education, including absence from exams.

The protection of your personal data is a priority for Managexam. We only use your data for the operation of the platform and will not reuse your data or to make any commercial use of it. Only Managexam staff and your institution will be able to access the data collected on our platform.
You will be able to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, as well as its portability directly via your personal account.
