My exam time is in GMT. What does it mean?

Managexam Live is used across different time zones, hence the reference to GMT as a common metric. Your evaluation sessions and invitations will all be expressed on GMT time zone.

Timezones can be confusing so we made sure to reference current GMT time in different interactions with the application. For instance, if you are unsure, check:

  • 1 – Your invitation

Attached to your invitation, you’ll find a .ics file, which, if clicked will be added to your agenda, with all the relevant information for your evaluation.

As this invitation is added to your agenda, it will automatically saved your evaluation schedule to your planning, with the time zone set up on your device, and send you a reminder 30 minutes before you need to start your test.

As you access your dashboard after logging-in, you’ll always find the current time expressed on GMT on the right hand corner of your screen.

I lost my password. How to access my test?

No worries, it can happen to anyone. Just follow the instructions below to reset your password:

  1. Open the Managexam app in your browser
  2. Under the fields for your credentials, click on the command “Forgotten password”
  3. Enter your email address, the one used to receive your exam invitations, then click on “Next”
  4. A security code, to enter on your next screen, will be sent to you via email to continue with your password reset process.
  5. Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm.

My equipment is not working. What to do next?

Don’t panic, it can happen.

Try to first disconnect and close your browser or application. Then try to login again.

If the issue still occurs as you start your new session, please contact the support team at Managexam, through the support chat located at the bottom right of your screen.

I can't make the day of the exam. Who should I contact?

Managexam collaborates with your university so you can take your tests remotely.

Your university remains your point of contact for all matters relative to your tuition matters, attendance included.

Please contact your faculty or department in charge of students’ relationships for all questions related to your test planning.
